Reshape your land
for what's next

Full-property regrading, drainage solutions, driveway and walkway prep, and pool excavation.

The groundwork behind great projects

Great properties start below the surface. Proper grading, drainage, and site prep set the foundation for everything that follows. Proper excavation and grading are the difference between a project that lasts decades and one that sinks, cracks, or floods within a few years.

We reshape properties with precision and care, preparing the groundwork for whatever comes next — whether that's prepping a pool excavation, cutting in a new driveway, running drainage to solve a wet yard, or regrading an entire lot so water moves where it should. We do the dirty, unglamorous work that sets everything else up to succeed.

Excavation & Dirt Work

Full-service site work

From a simple pad for a shed to full-lot regrading, we handle the dirt work that most landscapers won't touch.

Grading & regrading

Full-property grading to correct slopes, improve drainage, fix erosion, and prepare your lot for new construction, sod, or landscape installation.

Lot clearing

Clearing undeveloped or overgrown lots down to bare ground, removing stumps, brush, and debris so the next phase can begin.

Drainage solutions

French drains, surface drains, dry creek beds, and grading work that moves water away from your foundation and standing water out of your yard.

Pool excavation

Precise excavation for in-ground pool installations. We dig, grade, and prep the site to the specs your pool builder needs.

Pad & foundation prep

Excavation and base prep for new home foundations, additions, or outbuilding pads. Precise depth and grade to engineering specs.

Driveways & walkways

Excavation and base prep for new driveways, widened driveways, turnarounds, and walkway installations. Proper base means no cracks and no sinking.

From site visit to finished grade

1

Site assessment

We walk the property, measure the scope, understand your goals, and identify any underground utilities or potential complications.

2

Detailed proposal

You get a clear written quote with project scope, equipment needed, timeline, and total price. No surprises once we start digging.

3

Permits & utilities

For projects that need them, we coordinate permits and call 811 to mark utilities before any ground is broken — proper process, every time.

4

Execute the work

Our operators run the equipment, cut the grades, and deliver a site that's ready for whatever comes next — pool, concrete, sod, landscape, or construction.

Quoted per project, not per hour

Excavation pricing depends on scope, dirt volume, site access, and equipment needed. We quote every project individually after an on-site visit — firm price, clear scope, no hourly meter running while you wait. For projects that need dirt hauled off (or brought in), we include that in the quote upfront.

What homeowners ask us

What size projects do you handle?

Most residential dirt work — anywhere from a small shed pad or drainage fix up to half-acre regrading projects. For very large commercial or subdivision-scale work, we can recommend larger excavation contractors we trust.

Do you call before you dig?

Always. We call 811 for utility location on every project that requires it, and we wait the required time before breaking ground. We carry the insurance to back up our work, and we're not willing to cut corners on safety or code.

Can you excavate for an in-ground pool?

Yes. We work with local pool builders to handle the excavation phase to their required specs. If you've already chosen a pool company, we can coordinate directly with them on dig specs, access, and scheduling.

My yard holds water — can you fix that?

In most cases, yes. We assess where the water is coming from and going, then design the right solution — regrading, french drains, surface drains, dry creek beds, or a combination. Some properties just need grade correction, others need more involved drainage infrastructure.

Do you haul dirt off or bring fill in?

Both. If your project generates excess dirt, we can haul it off. If it needs fill, we can source and deliver clean fill dirt or topsoil as part of the project. Hauling costs are included in the upfront quote.

Will you tear up my lawn getting to the work site?

We do everything reasonable to minimize damage to the rest of the property — plywood tracking where needed, careful routing of equipment, and restoration of any damaged turf at the end. Some disturbance on the access path is unavoidable with heavy equipment, but we leave the property in the best shape possible.
